Sun City Roseville is the only community on this list whose holiday rules we could read in the association’s own publication, including a separate rule for lights in trees and shrubs. The Club at WestPark, Heritage Solaire and Morgan Creek have associations too, but their documents sit behind a login or aren’t posted, so those pages tell you who to ask instead of guessing. WestPark, Fiddyment Farm, Highland Reserve, Woodcreek Oaks and Diamond Oaks are mostly free of HOAs. Stoneridge depends on your street.
The roof and the yard get the same treatment. Tile wants an edge clip and no foot traffic. Shingle takes a tab clip. Rooftop solar means the lights stay at the eave. A grown shade tree can carry a full trunk wrap, and a staked sapling is better left alone. Where a display street or a decorating contest runs through a neighborhood, its page says so.
Light Up Christmas Light Installation supplies the lights, sets the timers and takes everything down in January. Quotes come by phone at (916) 776-8436 or from photos you text or email. Nobody has to come to the house first.
